Win-Win Strategies emerged from the recognition that, while an increasing number of companies understood the importance of economically empowering women across their value chains, few were designing strategies or programmes that did more than provide skills, training or mentoring.
Our purpose is also to move resources to grassroots women’s organisations and to create new spaces to amplify their voices at the centre of corporate conversations on economic resilience.
