Jeffrey Patterson
Starting as a volunteer in 2019, Jeff later joined the Women Win team as a full-time Programmes Specialist to help drive and mainstream a gender inclusion and equity lens in Women Win’s programmes and partnerships.
Jeff has an interdisciplinary academic career. He graduated with cum laude from the MSc programme Youth, Education and Society from Utrecht University. Recently, he completed the one-year (post)graduate programme in Gender Studies from The Netherlands Research School of Gender Studies at Utrecht University. He has published a number of peer-reviewed academic articles on migration and digital transnational connectivity with an intersectional and post-colonial lens.
Jeff was born in Canada and moved to The Netherlands in June 2016. He became an indoor cycling instructor, and discovered the power of sport in fostering group empowerment and self-development.
