Gloria Rosales Peña (She/Her/Ella)
Originally from El Salvador, Gloria joined Women Win in 2019, first as a volunteer and then as Programmes Specialist. In her current role, she provides programmatic support to our different partners in Asia, Africa and Latin America.
Gloria has a background in International Relations, and holds a Master of Development Practice from the University of Queensland, Australia. She has experience working with youth-led collectives, civil society organisations, and government institutions in El Salvador. Since she moved to The Netherlands, she has become more passionate about sports, feminism, and decolonisation.
She has always enjoyed practicing sports, such as Tae-Kwon-Do, and Football. She also loves scuba diving and hiking volcanoes, and finds joy in nature, music, books, sunsets, and many other small things.
