Nanda Munhoz
Nanda joined Women Win in 2024 as a Senior Programmes Coordinator in the Ignita team. She brings extensive experience in managing projects that integrate technology, innovation, and human rights, and was instrumental in establishing the fiscal sponsorship programme at Social Change Nest.
She’s previously led two organisations that harnessed tech to support women and girls affected by gender-based violence: the UK’s first digital database for domestic abuse services and an AI-powered chatbot intervention for survivors in South Africa.
She holds a BA in Politics and East European Studies and an MA in Human Rights, both from University College London.
Originally from Brazil, Nanda has lived and worked in Canada, the USA, and the UK – where she currently resides. She passionate about staying connected to the Latinx community and serves as a Trustee to the Latin American Women’s Rights Service.
Some of the things that makes her happy include: learning new sports (this year it’s been rowing) and taking cooking classes when she visits a new country.
