Erika Grama
Erika joined Women Win in July 2024 as a Finance Director. In this role, she serves as a key resource, overseeing and developing financial and accounting aspects for Women Win.
With over 20 years of experience, Erika has a solid background in finance, holding qualifications from ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) and the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest. Her career spans multiple industries, including media (radio and music television), financial services, logistics and supply chain management. Erika has supported companies through various phases such as day-to-day operations, turnarounds, startups and spin-off processes.
Originally from Romania, Erika is a passionate lover of rock music and movies.
