Emilia Cebrián
Emilia works at Women Win as co-captain of the ONSIDE Fund alongside Virginia Munyua. She joined the team in October 2022 to lead and support decolonial and feminist learning and accompaniment efforts with a diverse portfolio of grantees and partners.
She holds a BA in Cultural Anthropology from the University of Buenos Aires and is finishing a Specialisation on Care Policies from a Gender Perspective at CLACSO. Emilia is passionate about girls and women’s rights, feminist movements and the transformative power of storytelling and building community across borders. She has previously worked at the intersections of migration, gender and labour, leading a Feminist Participatory Action Research with partners in South America and a collective knowledge-building effort with organisations worldwide.
Curious by nature, Emilia loves reading, travelling and meeting people from all walks of life. In her free time, she practises yoga and Pilates, spends quality time with her loved ones and enjoys goofing around with her cats.
