Tying a rope around her uncle’s pants to appear as track pants, nothing stopped this young woman from chasing her dream of sport. An all-around athlete, Pallavi now has a crowded shelf of hardware from her medals in netball, fencing and boxing. She currently plays netball for the Thane District Netball Association while serving as a program officer and Goal coach to 1,500 youth at the Naz Foundation Trust. She believes her strengths as a leader are harnessed in her self-confidence and clarity of goals. Here she takes a step back and watches the story of her life unfold in front of her and her audience from a distance, contemplating on how she came to be who the leader she is now.
In September 2013, Pallavi had a chance to represent Naz Foundation and Women Win at the Clinton Global Initiative, proving her leadership to a worldwide audience.
