Tuti B. Scott is President and Founder of Imagine Philanthropy, an international consulting firm that guides organizations and their leadership in 'smarter' and effective performance and coaches philanthropic leaders who wish to work from a place of mindfulness. During her 15-year tenure at the Women's Sports Foundation, Tuti raised more than $70 million while marketing sports and health as a 'cause' and engaging thousands of donor activists in the mission of "equal play." Currently, Tuti is producing and facilitating three leadership trainings for women, supporting several CEOs and Board Chairs through planning and growth, and coaching philanthropists who invest in social change.
Prior to her work at the Women’s Sports Foundation, Tuti worked as a health and finance administrator at the Amherst Chiropractic Center; as membership director with the Women’s Sports and Fitness Foundation in the United Kingdom, and as a personal trainer and basketball coach.
Tuti is a certified fundraiser (CFRE from the Association of Fundraising Professionals), a member of the National Network of Consultants to Grantmakers, and serves on the Board of Directors of the Women Win Foundation. She received a Bachelor of Science degree from Ithaca College and a Master of Science degree in Exercise Science from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. Tuti is an adjunct professor at Bay Path College in the school of Nonprofit Management and a research associate for the Smith College Project for Social Change.
She has been a point guard her entire life and enjoys the role of building and changing tempo, sharing the ball and making people look good. Current sports include cross country skate skiing, yoga, cycling, dancing, and power walks with friends.
