Kathleen Brenninkmeijer joined Women Win in 2018, as Manager of Programmes. Her role includes managing various projects and partnerships, with a specific focus on Latin America and work centered around global, business, supply chains.
Kathleen had an international and multilingual upbringing. She has lived in Argentina, the United States and multiple European countries.
Kathleen graduated from Boston College in 2013, with a degree in Applied Psychology and a minor in Human Rights Philosophy. Following the completion of her studies, she began a career in the retail, garment industry. In her position, she gained exposure and insights to the buying and sourcing practices of large companies and their alignment with corporate social responsibility.
Growing up as a competitive swimmer and an avid dancer, Kathleen recognizes the power of sport and the impact these activities can have on girls' development. As a relatively new member to the Women Win team, Kathleen is eager to leverage her previous work experience with her language skills, in order to support Women Win's mission to promote sport as a strategy to empower adolescent girls.
